Warranty service policy

In order to provide you with better service, please read the following carefully and keep the warranty card properly.

Thank you for purchasing and using ALSEYE heat dissipation series products.

What is Covered by This Warranty?

In case of non-human fault of the products produced by our company under normal use, the customer can present this warranty card and have Apply for warranty service from the original dealer with the purchase voucher.
But the following circumstances are not included:
1.Damage caused by human factors, including failure caused by operation not according to the instructions, or roduct impact, fall, bending caused by improper storageDamage caused by, etc. (obvious wear marks on the product surface, etc.);
2.Failure caused by disassembly, maintenance and modification by oneself, or maintenance by non-special maintenance sites;
3.The user cannot provide the product warranty card and valid purchase voucher;
4.Artificially alter purchase records or product information;
5.The warranty period of the product is exceeded.

WARRANTY PERIOD

- ALSEYE does not guarantee that the product will meet your specific requirements and you are responsible for determining whether this product is suitable for your application.

- ALSEYE guarantees that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time from the date of purchase.

- The products you purchase will be used normally in the expected working environment during the warranty period according to the technical parameters specified in the data sheet.

- For any product that does not comply with the published specifications, the identification and remedial measures of liability can only be made based on the judgment of ALSEYE; the repair or replacement cost of the product is borne by ALSEYE. A prerequisite for this warranty is that the product must be returned to the original place of purchase or to another location designated by ALSEYE with the original proof of purchase. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable duties, taxes or other charges. ALSEYE will determine whether to repair the product or provide a new product based on relevant technical standards.

Samples, prizes, or gifts provided by ALSEYE are not transferable to second-hand buyers, and is covered by a 1 year warranty period. Claims of missing or broken parts beyond 2-weeks after the Invoice date will not be taken as manufacturing negligence or defect.

Repaired or replaced products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer, or by the local legal warranty.

In the event of obsolescence or discontinued products, ALSEYE will, at its sole discretion, replace your outdated or discontinued products with products of similar functionality. The warranty period of each product will vary. For details, please refer to the official ALSEYE website, user manual, product packaging or consult the dealer. In case of inconsistent warranty periods, the longer warranty period shall prevail.

Warranty Process

If your product does not function properly during normal use within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of sending the unit to us for repair or replacement. We do not accept cash on delivery. We will then ship the repaired or replaced part at our expense. When items are returned with a prepaid shipping label provided by ALSEYE, ALSEYE assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. When items are returned for non-quality issues, the buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. ALSEYE will not provide refunds for items damaged during shipping as a result of non-quality related warranty claims.

本公司出品的产品在正常使用情况下如发生非人为故障,客户可凭此保修卡及有效购买凭证向原经销商申请保修服务。
但不包含以下情况:
1.人为因素造成的损坏,包括不按说明书操作引起的故障,或因保管不善造成产品撞击、跌落、折弯等引起的损坏(产品表面有明显磨损痕等);
2.私自拆卸自行维修和改装或由非特约维修站点维修所引起的故障;
3.用户无法提供产品保修卡及有效购买凭证;
4.对购买记录或产品信息等人为涂改的;
5.超出产品保修期限。

 

保修期
- 奥斯艾 不保证产品能满足您的特定要求,您有责任确定该产品是否适合您的应用。
- 奥斯艾保证产品自购买之日起在规定的时间内无材料和工艺缺陷。
- 您购买的产品将在保修期内根据数据表中指定的技术参数在预期的工作环境中正常使用。
- 对于任何不符合已发布规格的产品,奥斯艾只能根据判断来识别和补救责任;产品的维修或更换费用由 奥斯艾承担。
奥斯艾提供的样品、奖品或礼品不可转让给二手买家,并享有 1 年保修期。
发票日期后超过 2 周提出的零件缺失或损坏索赔将不被视为制造疏忽或缺陷。
维修或更换的产品将享受原保修期的剩余时间或三十 (30) 天(以较长者为准)或当地法定保修。
如果产品过时或停产,奥斯艾将自行决定用具有类似功能的产品更换您的过时或停产产品。
每种产品的保修期会有所不同。有关详细信息,请参阅 奥斯艾官方网站、用户手册、产品包装或咨询经销商。
如果保修期不一致,则以较长的保修期为准。

 





 

保修流程

如果您的产品在保修期内正常使用时无法正常运行,客户将承担将设备寄给我们进行维修或更换的费用。我们不接受货到付款。然后,我们将自费运送维修或更换的部件。当退回带有ALSEYE提供的预付运费标签的物品时,ALSEYE 将承担运输过程中发生的任何损坏或损失的责任。当因非质量问题退回物品时,买方承担运输过程中发生的任何损坏或损失的责任。ALSEYE不会为非质量相关保修索赔导致的运输过程中损坏的物品提供退款。
